| Jan Pederson has been selected to chair the Right to Counsel Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. The Committee is charged with taking effective action to ensure that all applicants for American visas are accorded the fundamental right to have an attorney present with them at visa interviews and that consular officers honor the attorney-client relationship and permit clients to seek their advice. |
