USCIS is reporting that approzimately 58,900 H-1B cap petitions were received by November 27, 2009, indicating that upwards of 800 H-1B petitions are being filed daily. This suggests that enough petitions will be received to "fill" the cap within a number of days. Any employer considering filing for H-1B workers to start work during Fiscal Year 2010 (October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010) is urged to contact us immediately.
