Jessica Marks, Associate Attorney Pederson Immigration Law Group, P.C.Ms. Marks is a dynamic part of the Pederson Immigration Law Group team and brings a extensive knowledge of immigration law to providing premium service to all the firms’ clients. She heads the Hardship Waiver and Consular Processing Departments of the firm. She has successfully represented clients in consular processing of non-immigrant and immigrant visas at American embassies and consulates throughout the world. She specializes in advising and representing applicants in their applications for treaty investor (E-2) visas. Ms. Marks is also an accomplished appellate advocate having successfully obtained reversals of USCIS hardship waiver denials.

Joshua C. Teets, Associate Attorney Pederson Immigration Law Group, P.C.Mr. Teets focuses his practice on international medical graduates, health care workers, and professionals. He specializes in J-1 waivers for international medical graduates, as well as H-1B visas, and National Interest Waivers. He advises clients on all facets of the immigration process, from nonimmigrant visas through all the stages of legal permanent residency and naturalization. Mr. Teets' experience includes assisting clients in a variety of legal matters, including family-based petitions, removal proceedings, self-petitions under the Violence Against Women Act, and self-petitions for victims of crime applying for U nonimmigrant visa status. He successfully represented clients before the Executive Office of Immigration Review, Orlando Immigration Court, and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
