The Visa Office released the May Visa Bulletin today, indicating forward movement for EB-2 dates for Indian and Chinese nationals.

EB-2 dates progressed nearly two months, from May 8, 2006 to July 1, 2006. This means that any Indian national with an EB-2 priority date on or before July 1, 2006 is eligible for an immigrant visa number and may adjust status (or receive an immigrant visa abroad).

Eb-2 dates for Chinese nationals inched forward approximately one month, to August 1, 2006.
