Unofficial sources at USCIS have advised PILG attorneys that Premium Processing will be made available for I-526 EB5 petitions within the near future, meaning that processing times will be shaved and EB5 investors will be able to immigrate even more rapidly than is now the case.  We will post updates as they become available.
