Pederson Immigration Law Group is encouraged that Senator Robert Menendez (Democrat—New Jersey), along with several other Senators introduced the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2011 in the United States Senate.  While we believe that we have had more than enough enforcements measures for a democratic country and this bill enhances them further, the bill contains relief for undocumented workers, and improvements to the legal immigration system.  We will post updates as they become available.
