Ms. Kobler joins Pederson Immigration Law Group after working as a judicial intern at the Executive Office of Immigration Review in Arlington, Virginia. She brings with her an intimate knowledge of the immigration system and a commitment to safeguarding the best interests of her clients as they try to achieve their goals of work, study, or residency in the United States.
In addition to employment matters, Ms. Kobler has represented immigrants who are victims of crime and religious persecution, as well as those facing removal for crimes of moral turpitude.
While at the George Washington School of Law, Ms. Kobler worked as a political consultant for progressive political organizations such as the Alliance for Justice and Third Way. She also participated in a international law program through Oxford University.
